Visualization

When you are selling physical products, a visual representation of your products or parts of them can offer important added value, both for the person who is putting the product together and for the prospect or customer to whom you are offering the product. Unlike with CAD (Computer Aided Design), no specific technical knowledge is required to use visualization in Sofon.

Sofon Guided Selling offers visual support in various areas to simplify and clarify the sales process.

Visualization in the questionairre

Sofon guides the user through an interactive questionnaire in which only relevant questions are asked. It is not only text that can be used in the questionnaire, but also illustrations, such as photos or pictograms. With the help of this visual support it is possible to simplify the process of answering the questions. An image can be used as a visual explanation, but it is also possible for images to replace possible answers. In this case, questions are answered by clicking on the correct images.

Visualization of the configured product

Sofon offers the possibility of displaying – during the configuration process itself – a three-dimensional representation of the product that is being put together. This enables the user to see at all times whether the product being configured is in line with expectations. During configuration it is possible to zoom into and rotate the visualization. The visualization itself offers powerful graphical functions, such as working with colors and materials. In addition, labels containing text or dimensions can be displayed in the visualization. Lastly, the visualization can be printed out in the quotation from a chosen perspective. All these functions are available within Sofon; no additional software is required.

Visualization in quotation and order documents

Besides the use of photos, illustrations and configured products, in Sofon it is also possible to generate graphics on the basis of configured products. This allows the characteristics of the specific configured product to be represented visually.
